Tracy brings 30+ years of policing and public law enforcement experience to our team.  She served 25 years with the Upper Arlington, OH Police Division, culminating as Chief of Police, before being appointed Deputy Chief of Police with The Ohio State University Department of Public Safety.  In both operational and consulting roles, she has addressed a wide range of issues including physical security, personal safety, risk mitigation, policy development, training, security technology, and emergency management.  This breadth of real-world experience gives her a unique and comprehensive perspective on building and sustaining safe environments across diverse facility types.  By applying this expertise, Tracy develops holistic, value-added security solutions that effectively respond to the complex challenges facing today’s campuses and institutions.
