Rick brings 40+ years of public safety and emergency management experience to our team. His career includes serving as Director of Public Safety Administration and Assistant Chief of Police at The Ohio State University, Director of Campus Safety and Security for the Ohio Board of Regents, and the inaugural Executive Director of the State of Ohio Center for P-20 Safety and Security. Throughout these roles, he has addressed a broad spectrum of issues including physical security, personal safety, risk mitigation, policy development, emergency planning and training, security technology integration, and crisis management. This extensive, real-world experience gives him a unique and unmatched perspective on building safe and secure environments within the education sector. By sharing this expertise with clients, Rick develops holistic, value-added security solutions that meet the complex challenges facing today’s campuses.
