He is noted for his demonstrated strength in identifying threats and vulnerabilities, recognizing potential security issues, concerns, and program challenges, and developing innovative, cost-effective mitigation measures. As a published author and guest speaker at national annual professional conferences, he also strives to provide training and information to help people interact with their environment in a way that protects and promotes security and awareness.
