Jim brings over 45 years of experience in security management and law enforcement and over 35 years as an independent security consultant. He is nationally recognized for his security vulnerability assessment and forensic testimony services.

Jim has extensive experience in conducting risk assessments, security program reviews, strategic master planning, reviewing and developing security-related policies and procedures, forensic security, standards development, developing training programs such as security awareness, workplace violence prevention programs, active shooter and emergency exercises, and reviewing and recommending technology (access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems) for new facility and renovation projects. He has performed hundreds of security assessments for institutional, government, and corporate clients including educational campuses, healthcare, psychiatric and special care facilities, high-rise office towers, performing arts and entertainment centers, hotels, mixed-use retail environments, critical infrastructure such as mass transit operations and airports.

Jim has served as a member of the Cultural Properties Council with ASIS International, as a President, Board Member and on the Forensic Methodology Committee with IAPSC., and as a Certification Faculty member with IFCPP.

Mr. Clark brings extensive and highly respected experience in forensic security, having testified as an expert witness involving allegations of inadequate security in cultural property and university security litigation matters. This breadth of experience serves him well in developing sound litigation avoidance strategies for our clients.
